Monthly meeting

Each month starts with a planning meeting where we set goals for the period, define milestones and book dates for different sessions to be conducted. Each month always includes a module (workshop/training) with accompanying implementation of the result. Examples of modules used by our customers today (we offer about 20 packages):

Weekly Check-Ins

Every week we offer a meeting where we make recommendations for improvements for the coming week. We liken this to always having a PT (personal trainer) by your side. The meetings can include both strategic and tactical recommendations.

During the previous week, we will have logged into your portal to identify potential for improvement in the work - something that we then bring to the weekly meeting.

Implementation

Starting from the monthly meeting and with optimization during our weekly meetings, we build HubSpot and implement the parts we have agreed on. The implementation is based on the long- and short-term goals we have set together with the purpose of getting closer to the end goal every day.

Monthly summary

At the end of each month, we summarize the outcome of our efforts and plan for the next period. If the end of the month coincides with a quarter, we hold a longer strategy meeting to plan for the coming quarter.
