HubSpot's partner levels

HubSpot's partner program categorizes partners into five levels: Solution, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Elite. These levels are based on:

  • Monthly recurring revenue (MRR) from customers who purchased HubSpot
  • Low churn "lost" customers
  • Engagement and activation in customers' HubSpot portal
  • Success of marketing and sales campaigns created in HubSpot

To reach Diamond status, Structsales has had to help a large number of customers and show very successful results and have virtually no customer loss. Of the customers who have purchased HubSpot through Structsales, a handful have canceled their licenses. This is over a 10-year period where we have helped over 500 customers.

The Diamond status means that we have extensive experience with HubSpot's platform, including CRM, Marketing, Sales, Service, Operations and Content.
