Structsales Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data and cookies we collect on our website, and how and why we process them. It gives you a clear picture of your rights and of our obligations to you as a visitor.

What personal data do we store?
All information that can identify you as a person counts as personal data. This includes, among other things, your name, address, email address, personal identity number and phone number. In addition to this common and obvious information, cookies are stored on your computer to personalise and improve your experience on our website. Cookies are small files that are sent to your computer via your browser when you visit a website, unless you have turned cookies off completely. The purpose of these cookies is to collect information about how you use our website, so that we can offer you tailored and relevant content going forward.
Even though cookies are not as closely tied to your identity as, for example, your name or phone number, we consider them so important for your privacy that we treat them the same way as other personal data. That is why we need your approval to store cookies. Read more below about why.
When do we store your personal data and cookies?
We collect information when you fill out a form to get a guide, use our chat, subscribe to our blog or newsletters, or give us other information on our website, for example when you sign up for a training, event or seminar, or use our contact form.
If you at any point leave your email address with us on the website, the cookie is linked to your email address. If you have given your consent to cookies, we can then email you suggestions for further reading within the area you are interested in, such as other relevant guides or blog posts.
Why do we need your information?
We always want to deliver a great experience and give you relevant and valuable information. The personal data and cookies you share help us personalise your experience and deliver the right kind of content and offers to you. They also allow us to stay ahead and keep developing to create value for you as a visitor.
You can of course use our website without letting us store cookies on your computer. The experience will however not be as personal and great as we intended it to be for you.
Which cookies do we use?
Inbound marketing is about understanding the customer and the digital buying journey they go through before making a decision. To give you a great experience on your digital journey, we use HubSpot, one of the very best platforms on the market for inbound marketing and marketing automation. Here you can see which cookies we use: HubSpot Cookies.
How long do we store your information?
We keep your personal data for as long as we have your consent and the data is needed for its purpose.
