AI is no longer a feature in HubSpot. It is the whole platform.
At UNBOUND 2026 in Boston, HubSpot showed how AI is now built into every part of the platform, from a CRM that updates itself to agents that plan campaigns, find buying signals and move deals forward. Here we walk through the news and what it means for your company.

Good AI needs good context
HubSpot's flagship conference, formerly INBOUND, was renamed UNBOUND and moved back to Boston on September 16 to 18, 2026. The new name reflects a shift: HubSpot is no longer a marketing tool, but a platform for the entire go-to-market team in the AI era.
The recurring message was Growth Context. Almost every company uses AI today, but very few see real impact. The difference rarely lies in the AI model. It lies in how well the AI knows your company, your customers and your processes. And that knowledge lives in your CRM.
Figures according to HubSpot, presented at UNBOUND 2026.
HubSpot AI: the platform's foundation layer
Before the agents can be useful, they need the right data and a place to collaborate. These are the building blocks everything else rests on. Want to know more about the foundation? Read about our HubSpot services.
Smart CRM that updates itself
The CRM automatically captures information from calls, emails and meetings and suggests updates to fields and records. The sales rep approves with one click. Less manual entry, better data.
Context Home
A new view that shows what HubSpot knows about your company, your customers, your team and your processes. It scores how complete your context is and points out the gaps that limit the AI the most. Every agent reads from here before it acts.
Breeze Assistant
One entry point to all AI in HubSpot. You describe what you want done, and the assistant delegates to the right agent and returns reports, suggestions or campaign plans. Now also with projects, voice on mobile and Slack.
Agent Hub and Agent Builder
Agent Hub brings all agents across marketing, sales and service together in one place, with governance and cost control. In Agent Builder you build your own agents in plain language and can turn existing workflows into agentic ones.
HubSpot MCP and AI connectors
Through HubSpot's MCP server, AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot can read and write CRM data. That means you can work with HubSpot directly from the AI tool your team already uses.
HubSpot Work
An AI-first workspace connected to the CRM. You describe the work and the system builds tables, documents, forms and automations for you.
AI for marketing: from goal to finished campaign
With new agents you go from a business goal to a finished campaign, with content and emails tailored to each recipient. And you can see how your brand shows up in AI search. See also how we work with HubSpot Marketing Hub .

Marketing Studio
A rebuilt campaign workspace where insights, AEO data and agents come together. Planning and production happen in the same place.
Campaign Agent
Give the agent a business goal, a document or a call excerpt. In return you get a complete campaign plan with audience, messaging, KPIs, landing pages, emails, forms and automation.
Content Agent
Creates blogs, landing pages, customer stories and social posts based on your brand and your actual business context, not generic templates. The agent reviews and scores its own content.
Nurture Agent
Rewrites every automated email for each recipient at the moment it is sent: subject line, preview text, body and CTA. An engineer and a marketing manager get different versions of the same flow.
HubSpot AEO
Answer Engine Optimization measures how your brand shows up in AI answers from ChatGPT, Gemini and similar tools, compared with your competitors. The gaps feed straight into Campaign and Content Agent.
ChatGPT Ads and Microsoft Advertising
HubSpot is first with a CRM integration for ChatGPT Ads, with lead capture and attribution all the way to the deal. Also new is Microsoft Advertising, with reach across Bing, Copilot, MSN and Outlook.
AI for sales: the right accounts, better meetings, faster closes
Prospecting Agent
Monitors more than 40 buying signals, finds accounts that are actually in buying mode and writes personalized outreach based on the signals. With company matching and brand voice per play. Read more about lead generation and our HubSpot Sales Hub offering.
Buying Groups
AI identifies and maps the entire buying group behind a decision, not just the contact you happen to have in the CRM.
Deal Progression
After every meeting, the AI suggests CRM updates, follow-up emails, next steps and which stakeholders need to be involved. Works across email, calls and meetings.
Mobile Notetaker
Captures sales conversations in real time, online or in person, directly on your phone. No context gets lost on the way to the CRM.
Revenue Hub and Contracts
Quotes are generated with the full context of the deal, and contracts are managed from first purchase to add-ons and renewal. HubSpot highlighted examples where customers went from quote to signed contract in under 15 minutes.
Revenue Agent
Automates follow-up on unpaid invoices with scheduled, personalized reminders.
More news from UNBOUND
Beyond the agents, HubSpot released a long list of improvements that make everyday work easier for marketing, sales, service and admins.
Dashboards with sections and a new report builder
Group dashboards into sections, embed internal HubSpot views such as deal and ticket boards, and build reports in a new unified report builder.
Churn signals in Buyer Intent
Buyer Intent now also shows risk signals for existing customers, so customer success can act before the customer leaves.
Targeted Pages and personalized variants
Create personalized landing pages at scale per company or contact, or show different variants of the same page to different segments. Perfect for ABM.
Scored segments and Rule Insights
Score members of a segment to prioritize SDR outreach, and get AI insights into which rules should be part of your lead scoring.
Customer Agent learns from ticket history
Customer Agent can now generate knowledge base articles from your past tickets. Also new are the quality metrics QAS and CXS, plus two-way SMS in Help Desk. Read more about HubSpot Service Hub .
Revenue reports from contracts
Ready-made reports for MRR waterfall, Net New MRR, Booked MRR and Booked TCV, built directly on the contracts in Revenue Hub.
Less form spam
Honeypot bot detection and global blocking of email domains for all forms in the portal.
Reddit Ads, SharePoint and OneDrive
A new Reddit Ads integration plus an app for SharePoint and OneDrive that connects folders and documents to deals.
Marketing contact caps and simpler pipeline limits
Set a cap on marketing contacts to avoid unexpected costs. Pipeline limits now apply per portal regardless of object type.
New names and a new pricing model
Breeze is being phased out as an umbrella name, and the AI features become a natural part of each product.

Several core features, such as Context Home, Breeze Assistant, Agent Hub and AEO, are included in your license. Agents that do work for you, for example Content, Campaign, Nurture and Prospecting Agent, are billed in HubSpot Credits. You can set caps, get alerts and simulate the cost before an agent goes live.
Availability varies between hubs and license tiers, and some features are in beta. We help you sort out what applies to your portal.

AI is only as good as your CRM
The most important takeaway from UNBOUND is not any single agent. It is the insight that AI amplifies what you already have. A messy CRM gives you messy AI. A well-structured CRM with clear processes gives you agents that actually deliver.
